I only consulted about nose surgery. I filled out the chart and then had a consultation with the doctor and the consultation manager. It was a weekday, but there were many people, including people coming for follow-up visits and same-day surgery. The consultation itself was short, maybe around 3 minutes, and when I said I wanted nose surgery they gave me a quote, but maybe because they were busy, it did not feel like the kind of atmosphere where they would ask about the shape I wanted or how the surgery would proceed. In the manager consultation, they emphasized that the doctor would perform the surgery personally, and they did not pressure me about a deposit or push me to schedule surgery, so there was no burden.
