I thought this was a very trustworthy hospital through YouTube, so I made an appointment right away. I arrived 10 minutes before the appointment time, but the consultation only happened 30 minutes after the scheduled time. Still, it was a day when I had plenty of time, and I still had a positive impression of the hospital at that point, so I didn't raise any issue. But the moment I saw the doctor's annoyed expression in the consultation room, I felt like 'this isn't right.' The consultation just seemed like they wanted to draw a rough line on the eye and finish, and when I asked the things I was curious about, I was told the coordinator behind them would answer everything, which left me speechless. The coordinator was just normally kind. Don't just go here. It's only a hospital that talks about focusing on patients, but in reality it's a complete mess just like a notorious factory clinic.
