I had nose surgery at another hospital before, but instead of blindly saying let's just do surgery, they looked at my condition and told me to find out exactly what surgery was done at the previous hospital and come back. What I saw on YouTube and their overall honesty really appealed to me. I do not know how the surgery result will turn out though.
