I only had a consultation with a friend in 2016. I have no surgery experience. Maybe because we went when we were in high school and went with a friend, it felt like they were looking down on us and giving us a half-hearted consultation. So in the end I didn't have surgery. Seeing another friend go with her mom and get surgery made me think it's a place that does things in a pretty standard way.
