Even if I arrived at the scheduled consultation time, they left me waiting for an hour. If that's the case, why make an appointment? Time is precious, and when I asked when it would be, they said to wait just a little longer, and that ended up being an hour. I got so angry I left without even having the consultation. And the female staff at the counter, who clearly looked like they had had work done, were rude. Their eyes, tone, and manner were nothing like what you'd expect from service staff.
