I had a consultation with Dr. Jeong. I'm not going to have surgery with Dr. Jeong, but he was kind and explained things with reasons, so it was easy to understand. Even if you're a beginner, as long as you go in remembering the things you're curious about to some extent, I don't think you need to worry. The manager was kind too, and the staff overall seemed kind. Overall, it felt decent.
