From the very beginning, even the hospital atmosphere.. the front desk where I checked in was bad too The manager came in thinking the surgical area was somewhere else, which was absurd Their atmosphere is different from other hospitals, and why are they talking about their own age...? They poked my nose with a cotton swab four times because they couldn’t hold it properly. If you can’t hold the nose, then don’t try.... The director also, unlike at other hospitals, confidently said it was an easy surgery... The atmosphere didn’t feel like a hospital at all
