Review

I was worried because I had heard that the consultation was rude, but I was actually very satisfied because they were plain, honest, and kind. The director’s style felt less like she talked a lot first and more like she kindly answered whenever I asked questions. It was like a teacher from high school who seems great once you get close to them. The manager was also kind. Now only the surgery is left. If the surgery goes well, I think I’ll be truly satisfied.
