I went in without any expectations, but the consultation manager was so kind. They seemed to have great empathy. During the consultation with the director, they carefully drew the line and kindly explained anything I was curious about. But since this would be my second revision surgery, I could not understand why I had to pay an extra 1.5 million, so I am holding off on the surgery.
