I went there after seeing many posts saying the director is good at eye surgery. Because the director is famous, there were a lot of patients at the hospital. Before going in for the consultation, the coordinator helped enough with the consultation and relayed the parts I had mentioned to the director once more, so I think I was able to have a better consultation with the director. The director showed me a neat, natural line and gave brief answers to my questions too :)
