As soon as they looked at my nose, they immediately knew it was a crooked nose and quickly identified the areas that would need surgery, so the conversation went straight into the surgical plan. They explained honestly and calmly that it was a difficult nose to operate on. They weren’t the type to strongly recommend surgery or say it couldn’t be done; they just told me the facts as they were, which was reassuring.
