I am someone who needs eye surgery more urgently than nose surgery. Other places even recommended nose surgery, but this was the only place that told me not to do the nose for now and to do it later, after the eye surgery, if I still wanted it then. For some reason, this was the first place that felt a bit more ethical than the others. Both the director and the manager were kind.
