I was looking into several plastic surgery cafes to get my mom a facelift, narrowed it down to a few clinics, and went with my mom for consultations. The consultation manager was kind. I did not choose a specific surgeon, so I was recommended Dr. Lee Kyung-min for the consultation. He gave a rough explanation of what the surgery would be and how it would be corrected, then asked me if I had any questions. I asked a few questions about the surgical method, but he kept fidgeting as if he needed to go to someone else for a consultation or something, as if he wanted me to speak quickly, and did not answer properly. He stood up saying 'You are done, right?' and what I had seen on YouTube was very different. He was rude and seemed to glance over everything carelessly like a factory-style hospital, which was unpleasant. The consultation staff kept asking which other hospitals I was going to go to, and after the consultation they kept contacting my mother by text the next day to tell her to make a reservation. It was such a bad comparison with other hospitals that I wondered if they were really short on patients.
