A friend looked into it and I had a consultation. The consultation manager explained things really well. Very kind too. I think they explained things more professionally and in more detail than the director did. But at the end they kept saying I should put down the deposit and make the reservation that same day... if they had not said that, I would have wanted surgery here, so now I am a little unsure.
