Before meeting the doctor, I heard a detailed explanation from the manager and also heard the recommended surgical methods, so I understood everything very well. The doctor's consultation was short, but he carefully palpated the face, made a diagnosis, and explained the questions my mom had and the direction for improvement in a way that was easy to understand. He did not recommend unnecessary surgery and said to proceed with the most urgent part first, and that the rest was my mother wanting more, so if it still bothered her later, we could proceed then. The doctor's consultation was one that really focused on the essentials. Looking back now, maybe the manager brought us in and explained various things because the wait was likely to be long. In any case, I did not realize how time passed. Overall I was satisfied and quietly marked this as a candidate surgery hospital in my head.
