Doctor's kindness + consultation expertise The waiting time until the director's consultation was not very long. During the consultation, there were no extra suggestions like "do this too" or "add that". They just pointed out exactly what was needed. Honestly, I went in just casually to gather information, so I was satisfied with the director's consultation. Staff kindness Honestly, the consultation manager was by far the most pushy I have ever experienced T_T I've had a lot of consultations, but this was the first time I was pushed this much...?? They kept pushing until I said I would book surgery for the same day, and I came out feeling like a battle between spear and shield had taken place.. Hospital facilities The inside is comfortable, clean, and nice. But there are 4 elevators? and because the building is crowded, there is a line for the elevator even outside the building. It may just be because I went at a busy time, but there definitely is elevator waiting during peak hours. Surgery expectations Even though I was briefly tempted to go ahead with surgery at first, the consultation manager left such a bad impression that it stayed with me as a really bad memory ..
