I only had a nose consultation here. I didn't actually get surgery. So please ignore the surgery expectations I set arbitrarily. The doctor here was really kind and gave me a very thorough consultation. That made me trust them a lot. But it didn't match my style, so I didn't go through with surgery. Still, if you want a style that is natural or somewhere between natural and glamorous, I think this place would suit you well...
