I found them through manual searching. I went because I liked the line in the review on the surgery app. Consultation order was coordinator, director, coordinator. The coordinator was kind, but spoke as if they themselves were deciding the surgery method and which surgery should be done. The director was kind too, but they drew the line in a really strange way, so I decided not to do it.
