[Clinic A] plastic surgery, Director [Doctor A] This was the first place I got a consultation. The price was in the mid-2 million won range, and among the clinics I consulted, it was the cheapest. The price was so light that it even made me think maybe it was a light clinic. My nose has a dorsal hump and the tip sits a bit low, so this was different from other clinics. When correcting the hump, if they did an osteotomy, they said the surface might not be smooth, so they would need to use silicone. My bridge was already high, so I did not plan to put in silicone, but this was the only clinic among the ones I consulted that suggested using silicone. Other clinics often said to do cartilage binding, but [Clinic A] said it was not necessary. I wondered if the lower price was because they skipped cartilage binding. If you look at it positively, it seems like they are not doing overtreatment. If you look at it negatively, other clinics said silicone would not be needed after hump reduction osteotomy, but here they said silicone was necessary, so I wondered if their skill was lacking. It really depends on how you look at it, so T_T I am not a specialist, so it is hard to judge easily.. The consultation was long and detailed, which I liked.
