This was the second hospital I went to for a consultation. The first hospital specialized in eyes, so this was basically my first proper consultation for my nose. The waiting time was not long, and I was consulted in the order manager -> director -> manager. They recommended nasal osteotomy + bridge (donor dermis) + tip (septal cartilage, ear cartilage, and donor costal cartilage may be added during surgery) + bulbous nose correction. I said I did not have a big desire for a high bridge and wanted it to look natural, and they said that if I dissolved the filler and shaved down the slight bump on my nose, the skin was thin and it might not look smooth, so they suggested using donor dermis as a cover. The cost was 5.39 million won, and they said it could be discounted to 4.2 million won if I booked that day and wrote a review. I had not visited many hospitals yet, so I left saying I would think about it more and let them know. Both the director and the manager were kind, and the manager said I did not need to worry about proxy surgery, while the director said he only performs up to three surgeries a day, so I trusted them, but I want to keep looking at other hospitals because I want to put nothing at all into the bridge if possible.
