The manager and doctor were kind. When the doctor gave the nose estimate, the way he spoke was detailed, which felt thorough. I also felt a sense of professionalism. But I only went to consult about my nose, and they also recommended other procedures I didn't want. It felt like they were looking at me overall? Some people may like that, but people like me may not. The price felt higher than expected even though it was the first surgery. The manager strongly pushed same-day reservations. And since the reservation deposit is nonrefundable, all desire to make a reservation disappeared. They said that instead of a refund, it could be used toward Botox or filler, but since I'm getting cosmetic surgery, there were no other procedures I really needed, so I didn't book. And what was really annoying was that I got contacted three times after the consultation.. if there's no contact then it's over, so why keep contacting me? I've been to 10 consultations, and this was the first time I kept getting texts or calls after the consultation. I hope the manager won't do that anymore.
