The order was CT scan, then manager, then surgeon, and it seemed like the manager reviewed the line I wanted while the surgeon adjusted it accordingly. They did not mention inflammation or any bad outcome at all, so I thought they must be confident. I did not ask, but I did not hear anything about after-sales service or aftercare. They said the deposit was refundable, so I left it, but I am still thinking about it.
