I only had a consultation, but the female doctor was kind, and the manager in the consultation room was the kindest among all the hospitals I have been to. Personally, kindness does not matter that much when I choose a hospital, but anyway, I think it would be good for people who value kindness. The nose style they pursue did not match mine, so I had the surgery at another hospital, but after seeing the before-and-after photos, I think people who match this director's preferred nose style would do well to go here!
