I visited after someone who had it done here said the director was extremely meticulous and great. I went in with high expectations and a pounding heart, but wow.. I was very disappointed...^^ First of all, the consultation manager spoke in a way that was too light and did the consultation in a really casual way. It seriously felt like they had sat down some high school student. They handled the consultation way too playfully, and my trust dropped a lot right there. And what was even worse was that they casually started speaking informally and kept using casual speech..^^ Maybe they think we would not notice, or maybe they are trying to size people up? It seems like using informal speech on the sly is a specialty of consultation managers..^^ It made me so disgusted haha The director was very busy because patients kept piling up. The consultation was delayed a lot. I had been expecting a very meticulous check because everyone said so, but they left in less than 10 minutes, without even greeting me, just opening the door and rushing out. I guess they were busy..^^ The tone was just blunt. I even wanted to ask whether something bad had happened. But maybe that is just their personality, so I can accept that. The problem is the consultation was way too short and sloppy. It felt like they were just quickly sending this person away, then the next person, then the next, in a rush..^^^ It seems like here, 'the director checks meticulously' means pulling the chair close and tossing out a few words with your face right up close. The consultation was way more disappointing than I expected. In the other reviews, everyone seems satisfied, so maybe I am just too sensitive?..^^ I think they need to improve the consultation a bit.
