I had seen reviews saying they spent a long time drawing the line during consultation, but maybe because it was just one person there, they looked extremely busy. I had to wait 2 weeks because the consultation appointments were packed, but the consultation ended too quickly, which was disappointing. They seem to speak very honestly, so I ended up worrying about whether the surgery would go well.
