The reviews all said the doctor was meticulous and kind, and that the staff were kind too, but when I actually went, they were not very kind and it was different. I saw a negative review below that said something like "am I some fragile little thing?" and thought maybe that could happen once in a while, but that review felt like the real one. I waited a long time, but the doctor looked at me for maybe five or ten minutes and then suddenly got up and left. It seems like ads brought in more customers, and it looked chaotic. It was not a calm atmosphere. The doctor was not that kind either, and was rather blunt. I was disappointed compared with how good the reviews were. Still, I appreciated that they were honest. My eyes are not extreme or anything, just ordinary eyes, but for some reason they seemed to express that they were not confident about revision surgery and then left quickly. I was stunned, but I guess the doctor was busy. The counter staff were the worst. (It was fine for people without double eyelids.) I felt like I had walked into a beauty salon run by young kids. They were whispering, bad-mouthing customers, and laughing loudly, and the level of the clinic felt very low. There are plenty of other hospitals too, so I am going to a calmer and kinder place.
