The surgeon was, as I’d heard, very meticulous. He had me open and close my eyes dozens of times at once with great concentration while he set the line, and then said only incisional surgery was possible. He said I would need incision, eye correction, and fat grafting above the eyes, and honestly told me that a perfect solution for the double crease might still be difficult. I wanted an in-out style, but because my eyes are open toward the front, in-out wasn’t possible and only an out line was possible. When I asked how a second procedure is handled if the fat grafting to the eyelids does not take well, he said that even the first time they only work by incision, looking directly and grafting into the fat pocket, so if a second round is needed, they would do a partial incision and grafting. He said he personally does not prefer the syringe-injection method. If you don’t want the eyelids to become too thick, a small amount can be removed. The manager had a smiling impression and was kind and friendly. There were discounts for providing reviews and selfies, but the discount rate didn’t seem that big compared with other clinics.
