They do pin down the head position and make the line more precisely than other places. But I do not know whether they are meticulous. They keep asking if you have any questions, but if you do not have any, the consultation ends, so you need to think of your questions in advance. They do not explain everything from the start. When I think about what exactly is supposed to be meticulous, it seems they are just serious about making the line.
