I went for a consultation to improve my uneven eyes, and the director was kind and explained the surgery method step by step, but the consultation manager conveyed it in a way that made it sound like they do not usually prefer surgery for asymmetrical eyes, which confused me. Also, maybe because it was only one side that needed surgery, the consultation manager was typing the surgical history into the monitor and speaking rather bluntly, which made the consultation pretty irritating from that point on. I'm not going to judge the hidden personality, but personally I wish people like that would not work as consultation managers for the sake of the hospital's image. I do not remember the name, but it was a thin person. The director's kindness: 100 points The manager's kindness: 3 points. The other desk staff were kind.
