The person wearing black tends to shift the blame after failing to calculate the year correctly herself. The doctor keeps trying to continue the consultation, but outside the waiting room it feels like the person in black keeps giving subtle looks, so the doctor seems to end the consultation in a hurry. It seems the doctor even has a patent related to eyes and is a skilled specialist in this field. He seems like he wants to spend a long time on the consultation, and I think he would really be good at eye work.
