There was a bit of a wait, but it was not bad. The hospital is on the small side, so the lobby has chairs grouped together. I saw about three people who seemed like they had recently had surgery and others whose swelling looked like it had gone down quite a bit, and they all seemed to have turned out really well, which made me trust them! When I asked about eye correction, they said it was optional but not something I really needed to do, which I appreciated because they answered honestly. In other hospitals I had not been able to get a good sense of the line, so I was disappointed, but here they carefully marked it out, and that felt trustworthy.
