One side of my buried double eyelid came undone, so I booked a consultation. The order was manager - director - manager. Before seeing the director, I briefly talked with the manager to confirm what I wanted surgery for, then waited there. The director was wearing something like surgical scrubs. She explained what would be best and seemed to adjust the line at least 20 times. She really made the line in great detail many times. She did not recommend any unnecessary surgery or procedures, and she even said that she would remove the stitches herself, which I liked. She said the natural adhesion surgery would take about 40 minutes to 1 hour, and she seemed very meticulous. I felt that it would be good to go in for at least one consultation. There is a 1-year warranty. The manager did not pressure me at all about reviews or deposits, and she was honestly the kindest person I have met so far. Not fake kindness, but genuinely kind. They also showed me similar eye photos first, which I really liked. The building was better than I expected, and overall everything was good, but I am debating because of the price difference compared with other places..
