Among all the places I have visited so far, the consultation manager here was by far the kindest. I asked for a pen and paper so I could take notes, and while I was consulting with the doctor, they personally took careful handwritten notes next to me and handed them to me. I was stunned by how kind they were. The doctor also answered my questions in detail, and I could really feel their strong aesthetic sense during the consultation. Even without me saying it first, we agreed on the subtle details I had in mind, so I have a high level of trust. I think I will probably go ahead with the surgery here. I really hope it succeeds this time!
