I visited a long time ago for filler consultation, and they recommended a permanent filler that supposedly would not dissolve no matter what. They said if something went wrong, it would have to be scraped out, so I got a dissolvable filler elsewhere instead, and I think that was the right choice. I don’t know what filler they use these days.
