I had surgery 5 years ago and it came out incredibly natural. If I tell friends I had double eyelid surgery, they are shocked. The professor is not a warm personality, but he only says exactly what is needed and seemed like a conscientious person who does not over-treat. That said, my eye has sunken in and one side has loosened, so I am now looking into revision surgery, but if it had not loosened, I think I could have lived with it for the rest of my life. I was satisfied! If your eyes can do either buried or incision, I think going with buried first is the right choice.
