I had buried-suture double-eyelid surgery (they also recommended inner corner surgery, but I only got the buried sutures; the cost was not exact, but I think it was around 1 million won) and it ended up loosening. But later I had incision surgery at another clinic and that also loosened, so I think my skin itself is a special case... In the end it did loosen, but they do seem to set the line well. They keep it from becoming too much of an inner double eyelid or a sausage-like line. Honestly, after surgery I felt the line was too small and wanted it higher. But after getting consultations for repeated re-revision surgery, everyone at other places tried to lower it more... so I realized, ah, it wasn't actually that low after all. And after the first buried-suture surgery loosened, I came back and they redid it, only charging for the medication. When I called to say it had loosened, they almost immediately set a date for reoperation, and seeing that they really did it for free made me think this is a responsible clinic. But after the reoperation, it loosened again. Still, as I said before, even the later incision surgery also loosened, so I won't say anything else.
