Three years ago I had double eyelid surgery and canthoplasty together! At the time I was introduced to them and decided to have surgery there. I felt the cost was higher than I expected, but because it was a clinic that only does eyes, I thought they must be good and there must be a reason it was expensive, so I went ahead with it. Looking back now, I think it was really the right choice to do it without any doubt. The canthoplasty left no scar and turned out so well, and even though semi-out-in folds are the trend now, I still remain fully satisfied with my in-out line from back then:-)
