Skin removal + orbital fat removal Has an epicanthal fold Droopy eyes Has brow fat Incision + fat removal + inner canthoplasty There is no such thing as upper canthoplasty Outer canthoplasty and lower canthoplasty have almost no effect No ptosis correction. Just removing the droopy part of the eyes would make them look clearer. If you do ptosis correction, the pupils may look more open, but you'll end up looking like a sausage because the distance between the eyes and eyebrows is short, so it would probably look even droopier. I liked that they gave such a detailed consultation. I visited almost 20 places and plan to do it here.
