I went there intending to get nose surgery, but they also told me to get alar reduction. I'm the type who doesn't want to touch anything that involves removing tissue if possible, so I left that out. It was just average. Nothing was especially appealing, and the hospital was very large. For the consultation, I went down a small staircase.
