Who is manipulating the ratings?? Even 1 point is too good. The fact that a hospital where a fatal accident happened is still operating openly is chilling. Shouldn’t this community also come up with measures to protect members, like restricting hospitals with major incidents for a certain period??? Everyone here, keep your eyes open and screen carefully before going for a consultation. Those people would probably flatten their own family all at once and shout, "Ready, set, go!!!" Could they even perform surgery?
