I had surgery at Make Plastic Surgery because my nose was too big and I did not like it, and I wanted a revision. It was a bulbous nose, and since the nose itself was large, I wanted it reduced, but they said that in any case it would need to be higher to look thinner, so it ended up being higher. The consultation was very kind. I think there are pros and cons.
