I had a consultation for lower eyelid fat repositioning and sub-brow lift at Liting Plastic Surgery, and in one word, it felt way too commercial. I could not even meet the doctor who would actually perform the surgery, and only had a consultation with the manager, which left a bad impression. The hospital facility itself was fine: clean and very large, with multiple floors.
