The doctor who consulted me was nice, but the consultation manager wanted full payment for surgery on the same day... and it wasn't even a deposit (and I wasn't even going to have surgery today). When I asked again because I was startled, they quoted a price similar to what other hospitals would call a deposit. It felt coercive, and when I said I'd check my schedule and contact them, they said, without even making eye contact while sitting there, "Go ahead~" You should learn how to treat customers first. The doctor's consultation was good.
