The director is very humane and kind. They have a strong presence, but it is a soft yet strong presence? That said, they are not overly sweet or in a way that feels burdensome, nor do they just say yes to everything. They say what needs to be said, listen well, and are a truly patient-centered doctor T_T I had been worried and looking into specialists for removal, but the doctor was so trustworthy, showed me cases, explained everything, and even recorded the surgery process when I had not expected it, then later explained it step by step, which was so moving T_T From immediately after surgery, I could tell it had gone really well, so I was not worried lollllllllllllllll Thanks to them I am back to daily life and doing well. Thank you, doctors!!
