I had an appointment and went, but when the consultation time came, they still didn’t show up, so I went to the bathroom and came back, and then they came in 5 minutes later. The director said I had a lot of eye fat, but another clinic said that wasn’t true. I was surprised because they spoke informally during the consultation, but they still explained things in detail. It doesn’t seem like a very kind system.
