I had buried sutures plus epicanthoplasty and ptosis correction together in late 2015 to 2016. There were no scars and it turned out so well that it did not show at all, and I think it suits people who want a natural look and a subtle double eyelid. However, because I was also going for a natural result and it was a buried-suture procedure, maybe it was weak, and last year it all came undone completely.
