I came in for a consultation on under-eye fat repositioning. I was 10 minutes or so late compared with my appointment time, but they said the director had gone into surgery, so I only had a consultation with the manager. Out of all the hospitals I consulted with, the manager here was the kindest;;; I was supposed to consult with the director, but they said I would have to wait more than 2 hours, so I decided to come another day. So I marked the doctor kindness and expertise as just 3 stars. Consultations with managers are often not very pleasant, but here it was a special lol experience.
