I talked with the consultation manager first. While taking photos of my eyes, she explained that my eye structure was like this and that this is how the surgery had gone wrong, and before I met the director she explained how the surgery should be done. The director mostly showed before-and-after photos and didn't really look closely at my eyes, and the consultation only lasted 10 minutes. The director didn't explain the surgical method in detail, and the manager said everything, but the surgery is done by the director, so hearing only the manager's explanation made me trust it less.
