The director was very thorough. He explained in detail what the problem was and how it should be solved. He seemed to have a strong will, but in a way that felt reliable. I was surprised by how well the manager handled the consultation. It felt like I spent 30 minutes just talking with the manager. The only downside is the high price, but will it really work out well?
