I had a consultation for revision surgery to lower an unnatural double-eyelid line. The director was cool, but he explained things well when I asked about the surgical method or anything I was curious about. He said I had enough extra skin, so he would remove the existing scar tissue while creating a new line, and he explained my concerns about skin excision well. After the consultation with the director, I also spoke with the manager, who was equally diligent and helpful. Overall, it felt like they did not recommend unnecessary things, which was nice.
